Maintenance Fitters & Electricians
Day Shift Only | FMCG Bakery | High‑Volume Production 

Role Overview
Artisa is seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters, Maintenance Electricians, and Dual‑Trade Technicians to support their high‑speed, high‑volume bakery operations. This is a day‑shift‑only opportunity with early starts and regular overtime available. The site operates at true FMCG pace, producing over one million buns per day for major national clients, along with a wide range of baked goods such as donuts, croissants, buns, and bread products.

Shifts & Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Early starts: 5:00am or 6:00am
• Overtime offered on Saturdays
• Day shift only – no rotating or night shift requirements

Pay Rates

• Electrician: $54/hr
• Fitter: $52/hr
• Dual‑Trade: $65/hr
• Overtime paid at applicable penalty rates

Key Requirements

• Must have food manufacturing experience
• Strong background in FMCG or high‑throughput production environments
• Proven capability in preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and reliability improvement
• Experience working with bakery or food‑grade machinery is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Equipment & Systems Exposure
Candidates should be comfortable working with:

• Conveyors, mixers, ovens, proofers, and automated bakery lines
• Packaging and sealing equipment
• Pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems
• Electrical fault‑finding, sensors, motors, and PLC‑based systems (for electricians and dual‑trades)
• High‑volume production machinery requiring rapid response and continuous improvement focus
