Website Blackbook Executive

Supervise and coordinate a flagship site across a nationally renowned brand. You will be responsible for conducting warehouse operations, leading a medium sized team and managing logistics/distribution aspects across the site to meet critical business targets and ensure operational excellence.

The business has a history of diverse offerings that cater to a wide consumer market, through growth the business are now positioned to bring in a Warehouse Supervisor that will run their fast paced warehouse team at their flagship site in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.

The Role
Playing a pivotal role in the businesses distribution network this role will be responsible for;

  • Leadership of the warehouse team, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture. 
  • Planning and optimisation of all warehouse resources to ensure delivery targets are met. 
  • Working closely with company stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of goods. 
  • Maintaining a high level of quality assurance and product integrity.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence. 

 
Your Background
Key requirements for this role are;

  • 3+ Years warehouse management experience
  • Experience of working in an FMCG environment with a knowledge across diverse products.
  • Strong Leaderships and stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent safety record with extensive exposure to safety systems. 
  • Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement and performance delivery.
