Workshop Coordinator
An industry-leading organisation is seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator within the South East of Melbourne. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating, managing workshop schedules, and ensuring parts and resources are aligned to meet customer delivery commitments.

As Workshop Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of workshop activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and prioritising product builds and workshop activities
- Coordinating labour resources, including technicians and contractors
- Ensuring parts availability aligns with build schedules
- Liaising with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Monitoring workflow progress and ensuring delivery targets are met
- Supporting a strong safety-first culture across the workshop
About you:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced technical environment and thrives on organisation, coordination, and operational efficiency.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a workshop coordination, planning, or supervisory role
- Background in heavy equipment, manufacturing, or technical workshop environments
- Strong scheduling, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proficiency with scheduling or maintenance systems (Tech Savvy)
