Food & Beverage Manufacturing $55.43/hr + OT + allowances | 24–6 roster | Full-time
Location – Inner South East of Perth 
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a major national manufacturing site. Strong pay, solid roster, and a broad mix of machinery to keep things interesting.
Pay & Penalties

• $55.43/hr base 
• 25% night shift allowance
• OT: 150% first 3 hrs, 200% after, 200% Sundays, 250% public holidays
• Tool, first aid & roster allowances included

Roster

• 24–6 rotating roster
• Three day shifts or three night shifts per week (36 hrs)
• Built‑in long breaks across the 4‑week cycle

What You’ll Work On
Packaging lines, conveyors, fillers, labellers, palletisers, blow moulders, pumps, valves, filtration, boilers, compressors, water treatment, and general plant maintenance.
SAP used for work orders.

What You Need

• Cert III Mechanical Fitter
• Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, pharma, or industrial maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills + safety focus
• Comfortable working independently on nights
