12‑Hour Shifts Day & Night shifts | Permanent Full‑Time

What’s on Offer

• Annualised rate $52/hr (including shift/penalty loadings)
• Total earning potential $105k+ super + overtime + allowance + penalties
• 7/7 roster – 12‑hour shifts, every second week off
• 4 weeks days → 4 weeks nights → repeat (every 2nd week off)
• Tool allowance
• Relocation support available for the right candidate

The Role

You’ll be part of a large maintenance team supporting a high‑volume food production facility. Work includes:

• Preventative & reactive maintenance
• Breakdown response across fast‑moving production lines
• Routine servicing and weekend PMs
• Working across multiple facilities within the site
• Ensuring safety, quality, and uptime targets are met

About You

We’re looking for a trade‑qualified Maintenance Fitter with:

• Experience in FMCG, food, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently on a 12‑hour shift
• A proactive, safety‑first mindset
• Willingness to work rotating day/night blocks
